With his broad education and experience in law, taxes, finance and engineering, John Custer is uniquily qualified to advise business entities and individuals on a broad range of issues.

Mr. Custer has formed and represented a large number of business clients, from sole proprietorships to public companies and international joint ventures. By virtue of his education and experience, he is skilled at handling virtually all problems which the business owner can anticipate, including complex business and commercial transactions.

He was the legal advisor to start-up businesses at the Penn State Technology Development Center, a high technology business incubator located at Penn State's Great Valley (PA) campus, and continues to represent a number of these high-tech business entities.

Mr. Custer has conducted seminars on such topics as the choice of legal entity, legal and tax issues in setting up a business, and legal pitfalls for the small businessperson to avoid.
